Process of Turkey Citizenship by Investment

Step 1: Preparation

Step 2: Prepare documents

A detailed checklist will be provided and you will be guided through the documents collection stage. Experienced immigration advisers will check all documents for compliance to ensure all requirements.

Step 3: Complete investment

Before proceeding with the citizenship application, you will be required to open a Turkish bank account and complete the investment (i.e. real estate title deed transfers, cash deposit, government bond/share purchase etc.).

Step 4: Submit citizenship application

The investor can immediately apply for citizenship once the residence permit is granted. No physical presence or interview is required during the application process.

Step 5: Apply for residence permit

Applicants are required to hold a valid residence permit at the time of citizenship application, they can continue to live abroad as long as they wish. A residence permit will be issued on the day of application.
