Introduction to the Cyprus Permanent Residency by Investment Program

 

This is an investment program of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus that allows investors and their families from outside the European Union to reside long-term in Cyprus and have the opportunity to apply for naturalization, becoming citizens of the European Union.
