Eligibility Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older;
  • Have no criminal record, or any record that has been legally expunged;
  • Not be under any criminal investigation;
  • Have never been denied a visa by any visa-free country without a subsequent approval;
  • Have never been denied a visa by the United Kingdom or the European Union without a subsequent approval;
  • Submit all required documentation in English;
  • Submit the citizenship application to the Minister responsible for Citizenship;
  • Applications must be submitted through a government-authorized immigration agent.

Investment Options 

Economic Diversification Fund (EDF)

  • Non-refundable contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) starting from USD 200,000 for a single applicant.
  • The fund supports national development projects, including infrastructure, education, healthcare, and tourism.
  • Additional government fees apply depending on the number of dependents included in the application.

Real estate investment

  • Investment of at least USD 200,000 in government-approved real estate projects in Dominica.
  • The property must be held for a minimum of 3 years before it can be sold.

Basic Investment Process

Consultation & due diligence

A consultation is arranged to assess eligibility, conduct KYC verification, and perform background due diligence according to the Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program requirements.

Application preparation & submission
